  4. Employee's salary slip or Bank account and activity from the last 6 months

  1. Copy of business registration or business license (current version)
  2. Copy of tax registration or tax payment certification
  3. Copy of ID Card or Family Book
  4. Copy of Financial Statement or Saving Deposit Account/Fixed Deposit Account/Current Deposit Account from the last 6 months
